How to Order a Brick or Make a Donation

Bricks are priced at $100 per brick

If you wish for your brick(s) to honor a specific person(s), please fill out the name(s) on the order form.

Each brick is 7 5/8 x 1 5/8, with names etched and centered.

Block purchases of 10 or more bricks will receive special sponsor recognition:

  • All sponsors will have their name on a plaque by the Holocaust Memorial Wall.
  • All sponsors' names will be included in any related promotional articles the education guide and on our website.

Corporate and individual block sponsorships will be available at various levels of generosity, including:

Visionary: $25,000+

Advocate: $10,000 - $24,999

Friend: $5,000 - $9,999

Individual

Visionary: $15,000+

Advocate: $5,000 - $14,999

Supporter: $1,000 - $4,999

Sustainer: $500 - $999

Friend: under $499

eNewsletter Writer

Responsible for writing an eNewsletter once/month with stories, news events, features, quotes, anecdotes, real-life relate-able examples of school kids demonstrating "good citizenship"

Liaison to Churches

Responsible for identifying specific religious organizations with which the Tolerance Education Program would like to affiliate. Identify/set up meetings with leaders from these organizations. Schedule tour of our program for these organizations. Coordinate events that we may want to post to our website that address Tolerance.

Liaisons to Schools

Identify Georgia Middle Schools and Principals to contact in order that we might introduce our educational program to the school. Coordinate school field trips to the Tolerance Education Program. Determine if the school would like to participate in decorating a trunk. Drop off and pick up Curriculum trunk. Update school on the trunk’s location in Georgia. Identify and report stories of good citizenship to be used in eNewsletters.

Curriculum Trunk Coordinator

Maintains master list of all 23 trunks. Including information like: key contacts, date trunk assigned and picked up, progress of trunk decoration. Coordinates filling of the trunks with educational material. Inventories educational materials necessary to complete trunk. Labels all material in each trunk.

Docents for the Holocaust Wall and Righteous Gentile Monuments

Tour guides will learn the stories behind many of the names of victims displayed on each of the walls. Lead short tours of each of the walls. Learn history behind each of the Righteous Gentiles who are recognized with a plaque (currently Irena Sendler, Raoul Wallenberg)

Educators to work on educational curriculum work under the guidance of Rebecca Gordon, Director of Education on continuing to develop educational content specific to audiences of middle schoolers, high schoolers, and the general public.

Researchers

  1. Develop lists of child victims of the Holocaust for the Wall (must come from Yad Vashem)
  2. Identify local groups/survivors with affiliation to genocides in Cambodia, Bosnia, Rwanda, Darfur
  3. Identify heroes who saved lives during these conflicts

Videographers

Develop age-appropriate 2 minute videos (thematically appropriate to Tolerance Education) to be posted to our website with music

Interviewers

Lead face-to-face or over-the-phone interviews with Holocaust/Genocide survivors, family of survivors, Righteous Gentiles.

Script Writers

Develop questionnaire to be used when interviewing Holocaust/Genocide survivors, family of survivors, Righteous Gentiles, etc.
